Amazing location and the apartment is very attractive and spacious. The owner was responsive and answered all my questions in advance. There is a cafe 100 metres away where you can have breakfast.
Thr heaters and boiler didn’t work at all. We had no hot water and the rooms were very cold. Couldn’t take showers because of it. Tried to get the boiler going using some printed instructions found in the boiler room, but it didn’t help. The owner claimed the boiler had been checked just two weeks earlier. But it seems like it’s in need of some serious repair and this is crucial before any more guests can stay there in the winter season.

The location was excellent and the apartment was clean, comfortable and convenient. The host was attentive and took care of our needs.
There is no air circulation in the house. Opening the windows helped but this brought mosquito's. As a result we couldn't sleep.
