Ubicación cercana a la terminal y área comercial. Muy linda habitación con piso de madera y cortina de enrollar. Comunicación fluida con el referente.
Hubo alguna dificultad con la calefacción, que requiere posiblemente de reparación.

Me gusto muchísimo la cercanía a la terminal de ómnibus (literal 3 cuadras). Después el depto todo genial, fue fácil el tema de agarrar las llaves, la cama muy cómoda, el baño genial y en si el espacio fue perfecto. Cuando vuelva a Córdoba, lo volvería a elegir sin ninguna duda

El dto es cómodo y cerca del centro. La calefacción anda muy bien hasta el piso estaba caliente. Por la tarde entra sol por la ventana. Si bien la vista no llama atención es cálido el amanecer.
Al estar cerca de la avenida es un poco ruidosos pero nada tiene que ver con el dto
$$$$
