The linens and towels are new and luxurious and the Rituals soaps are a nice touch. The bathrooms are modern and work well. We were happy for the blackout curtains and high quality windows and slept well in the beds that were firm and seemed new.We loved the various and comfortable seating areas on the huge terrace and the sunloungers and cushy mattresses are of top quality.
The AC was broken in one of the bedrooms and in the livingroom, which meant that we had to squeeze into 2 of the 3 bedrooms. I had rented this place as it was fully air conditioned so we were very unhappy that it was only fixed in the 5th day of our 7 day vacation. When we asked for some sort of discount it was declined as Maria said she did all she could as fast as she could. While we understand it wasn't her fault, she should have compensated us somehow as our vacation was negatively impacted. Also the kitchen could be better stocked and more hangars are needed. While there was an iron, there was no ironing board, but Maria brought one 2 days after we asked. There is only one key so that could be a draw back for some.
