Modernes und großes Appartement in einer ruhigen Straße neben der Kantstr., in der es eine Reihe von Restaurants gibt. Den Blick vom Balkon auf die begrünte Wand ist ebenfalls ein kleines Highlight. Gegen Gebühr gibt es hier auch eine Parkgarage. Man fühlt sich gleich wie Zuhause. Das Personal ist über Whatsapp immer super schnell erreichbar und reagierte schnell als wir gemerkt hatten noch keinen Code für die Parkgarage hatten. Unten gibt es gleich ein Café und Pilatesstudio.
Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage, was für den Preis eigentlich drinnen sein sollte. Disclaimer: wir waren im Sommer hier und genau an dem Wochenende, an dem es an die 40 Grad hatte. Es gibt einen moderaten Ventilator und wir haben mir offenen Balkontüren geschlafen. Jedoch liegen die andere Balkone nah nebeneinander und auf einem hat Nachts ein direkter Nachbar laut sein Fußballspiel (WM) geschaut und gejubelt. Durch die Ausrichtung in den Hinterhof hallt es natürlich sehr.

Großzügige, moderne Unterkunft mit einem einem tollen Innenhof, wo wir über das FrühstücksCafé Lotta, lecker frühstücken konnten. Super nettes Servicepersonal überall! Die Lage ist erstmal von den zu benutzenden Verkehrsmittel klasse - U und S Bahn, Busse in guter Nähe! Und dann ist Charlottenburg einfach auch ein schöner Kiez!
