Peace,quiet and comfortable surroundings.
Location to amenities albeit car had to be used due to hilly surroundings.
Parking at property,we had 2cars ,couldn't get both at property. Garden could have been trimmed,showers not very powerful,no window in one of the bedrooms which made it very stuffy. No keys for opening patio doors

The location was amazing. Walking distance to shops and restaurants
The communication was shocking. There were a few issues, and when using booking.com to contact about anything, either no one would get back or when I had to call no one knew what was happening. There was no WiFi for our full weeks stay. The freezer was not working. The dishes had to be re-washed as not clean. When you flush the toilet the sound from the pipes were so loud especially at night so couldn't flush when people were sleeping. Handles not screwed on properly. The ceiling had a crack in the extension, which I reported as was getting bigger. The son turned up unannounced to fix things before the new people came on our last day, even though we were there for a week. The kitchen is small. The toilet in the en-suite is right against the wall so you can't sit on it properly. The place is run down.
