The place is situated in a very lively central area, with many opportunities to make errands and have coffee and brilliant food. I loved the large bed and enjoyed the two nights very much. I would recommend the place, especially if you are traveling alone and want to treat yourself.
There is nothing to complain about at all. Everything went smoothly. The only recommendation i have, would be to install a little bedside lamp for reading. :)

Location, location, location.
No air-conditioning, so it can get quite warm. And when it does, you open the window to the very noisy square outside. The ceiling fan is dirty and it makes a strange noise while operating. There are a few shelves which are in dire need of repair, and the table is wobbly and practically useless. No privacy curtain in the bathroom from the square below.
Overall the place needs some maintenance.
