Everything. Everything in the room and at the property is a really good value. Location is really good, quiet and peaceful, parking directly at the front of the property. The only noise (not disturbing) to be heard sometimes are the planes starting at the Split airport - which for us was a great add-on :) We had offered a larger apartment instead of the booked one because of the availability and hospitality, the host was really nice and helpful. There was everything we needed for the pleasant stay. Water was hot, bed was really comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were equipped, rooms were clean. There is well functioning air conditioner. The apartment also includes the terrace with beautiful view over the sea, mountains and villages. The shop, pizzeria, bar and beach are located nearby. We could stay until the end of the day on our departure day (flight took off almost at 11PM), which was an amazing gesture. Definitely worth taking a try visiting nearby area! Note - this opinion is about the larger (3 bedroom) apartment, reason described above.

Nothing, not a single point to complain about. Note, that we haven't seen the smaller apartment, so we cannot really rate that one.
