Very happy with the stay overall.

Clear instruction and clean and comfortable room.

The bed protector was plasticky and felt a bit strange sleeping on.

8 / 10

I would recommend this place

The appartement was very clean, also well located, 15min by bus and you are in the center of Seville. And German send us all the instructions (was very easy to access)

The bed was not comfortable but for short stay was Okey.

Poor maintenance

easy street park

sewage smell, dirty washing machine, dirty outdoor clothes hanging rack, lack of kitchen paper, collapsed mattress.

Smells like like crap!

ew We booked this studio apartment in Sevilla for 4 nights. Communication before arrival was quick: the owner asked to switch to WhatsApp and responded promptly to questions about parking and self check-in. Check-in and check-out are self-service, and we did not meet the owner. Upon arrival we noticed a strong and persistent sewage smell coming from the bathroom/toilet. Opening windows did not help. As the apartment is a studio, the smell spread throughout the entire space, including the kitchen and sleeping area. It was difficult to sleep. We informed the owner on the first night via WhatsApp and Booking.com and asked to cancel and receive a refund for the remaining nights. The WhatsApp message was read but not answered. The next morning there was still no response and no change in conditions. We contacted Booking.com by phone, explained the situation, and informed them we would check out the following morning due to the conditions. We left after the first night. The owner replied in 24 hours after the initial complaint, stating that the cleaning staff and a previous guest reported no smell. This issue is difficult to document, as a smell cannot be photographed. During follow-ups with Booking.com, our case was initially logged as an early departure due to our circumstances rather than a service complaint. We later opened a service complaint and provided additional information (video of a bathroom sliding door that does not close, note on bed comfort, screenshots of prior reviews mentioning smell). Booking.com acknowledged the smell and issued an €80 goodwill payment while stating the case was still under review. Ultimately, the owner rejected the early checkout. The goodwill payment was marked as the resolution of our case, and we were advised to leave a review to inform others. Be aware that the owner relies on the "word against word" nature of odor complaints to deny refunds.
