The Gateway hotel was well maintained and met all of our needs. It's relationship with the Rocky Point resort enabled a very good dinner experience likewise. If you are looking for a peaceful, out of the way place for relaxation rest, this is an excellent option.
The covered, outdoor cabana area serves as both the only area outdoors to sit and relax, but also the smoking area for the hotel. It needs to be updated, maintained and cleaned up daily to support both smokers and non-smokers comfortably.

It was clean and quiet. The gal that check us in was very nice and helpful. She sent us to a great place to eat and it was great.
The power went out early in the morning so it got a little warm but that was no fault of the motel.
