Appeared to be recently renovated - a plus. Comfy mattress, great room size, convenient location (walkability).

Quiet, huge room. Right next to waffle hut, great food there (used be a local)
More homeless than I remember, but it’s Oregon expect to see this everywhere

I didn't know there was breakfast. It was clean and I felt safe.
It was pretty generic

Easy location
There were multiple outlets in room 202 that don’t work.
The door in the bathroom MUST swing out, swinging in as it does makes it really hard to use the bathroom counters.
Would be nice to have a long mirror in the room with the shower bathroom.
There were bugs and cobwebs in the windowsills and lots of dirt and dust on the floors.
The TV had no log ins and we had to use our own which is not ideal.
