Very convenient location, beds were comfortable, washing machine was great.
We were asked to contact several different numbers and also got a message from a completely separate number so it was a bit confusing. It would have been better to have a single contact number.
The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not. There wasn't enough comfortable seating for an apartment that sleeps four - just one sofa that only fits two people really, especially when it's warm.

The apartment was very nice and the concierge was excellent. The location was great for moving about Annecy by foot. The apartment was modern and in perfect condition - only one small flight of stairs. This would be a great family location. Parking was included (if there is a spot) and we used it for our last night after we picked up the car rental.
Our only challenge was checking in. We left the U.S. approximately 24 hours before check-in and the preferred method of check-in was What's app - we didn't know that and don't use that app. Fortunately, we went to the Visitor Center and were assisted by the most helpful person you could ask for - she called and got through to the concierge to arrange the key turnover. Finally, if you are staying more than one day, you may want to bring plenty of toiletries.

La ubicación es buena, lo demás todo muy mejorable. Sucio, atención nula por parte del responsable, tostadora sin funcionar y utensilios de cocina prácticamente inservibles.
Poca atención por el responsable del apartamento. Estaba muy sucio, telarañas, un olor insoportable del frigorífico, sartén y menaje en muy mal estado. La tostadora no funcionaba… tienen que mejorar mucho. No repetiría experiencia.
