Apartment was ok, however, hospitality and cleanliness were awful

lockbox was convenient for late hours (little to no effect since we were given the wrong code anyway), the apartment itself was well made, just poorly maintained. air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher helped. owner brought us a baby cot, despite it not being included. Even so, after requesting a mattress for said cot, I was asked if I paid for this service or if the concierge told me I could receive a cot, the latter being the case, I answered as such. even if we did get help, we were made to feel as if we were being done a favor.

we were redirected to a concierge service rep for the property that had given us all the details to access the property, they were, however, wrong (lockbox code was not correct). we called both the concierge and the owner over and over again for almost an hour, this was happening around 2 AM in the middle of the night, while waiting outside, in the car, with an 8 month old to get access to the property. we notified them that we'd arrive late. the apartment was not cleaned before we came, there were cobwebs, the floor was not clean, bathroom still had some packaging from cosmetic products in it, it smelled as if someone had smoked in the living room. we had requested the appartment to be cleaned up on Saturday, however, it only happened 2 days later.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement très calme. Il est nécessaire d'avoir un véhicule pour y accéder. Nous avons particulièrement aimé l'appartement, propre, claire, bien équipé. La place de parc privée devant la maison était un grand plus.

La difficulté rencontrée, (venant de Suisse) c'est le marquage des routes hors routes nationales, mais on s'y habitue. Nous avons apprécié modérément les dos d'âne, pas l'habitude pour la quantité rencontrée. Pour l'appartement, nous ne pouvons pas faire de critique.

la clim au calme

Tranquille, à l'écart de tout mais à quelques centaines de mètres du village. Confort, ok, clim ok, wifi ok. Douche ok. Bonne adresse pour visiter ou aller aux concerts de la Roque.

Rien de grave. Manquait un torchon. Des rideaux aux baies seraient les bienvenus pour un peu d'intimité.
