Breakfast was not included.
The air conditioning in the bedroom was very noisy. It would have been more comfortable if there was air conditioning in the main living area.
We made a mistake in hiring a car. If we were permitted to use the courtyard it would have been great and reduced much anxiety and high parking fees.

كل شي كان جميل ومميز .. نظافة الشقة وتوفر جميع الاحتياجات الضرورية بالبنسبة لي ، كذالك الموقع كان مميز جداً وحيوي ايضاً تعامل المالك كان لطيف ومتجاوب وتعليمات الوصول والمغادرة واضحة ودقيقة ، كما ان وجود المصعد يعتبر ميزة إضافية للشقة لصعوبة نقل الأمتعة .

The location was great. Just across the lake and very close to several restaurants cafes and the cable tram.
There is no AC in the living room and very hot during night. I booked for 3 adults for which I had to use the sofa bed in the living room at night to sleep. A small standing fan is not enough for it. Moreover it was not mentioned in the facilities that there is only one AC in the bed room. The headboard was broken. Also insufficient duvet and pillows needed for 3 adults. These things should definitely be considered when booking the property.
