The property has this bohemian look, the room has nice design, very comfortable bed. In the room you have minibar, bathrobes, sleepers, etc..
I assume the hotel isn’t that new but everything is well maintained including the things in the room which matters for me. Everything looked spotless
Walking distance to everything , location wise it’s a 10, basically you don’t need taxi if you just wanna hang around Chaweng only.
Service it’s good at the pool area, plenty of staff always ready to attend which I like, very accommodating
It has that vibe between chilled and party type place since it’s having a beach club party on Saturday’s
In the evenings they change the pool and beach set up so it’s great also for a beautiful evening by the beach
Overall I love it , good food choices as well at the pool side, someone was mentioning in a review that at the pool they give you only one towel per person. FYI it’s not true
My room had issue with the hot water in the shower, maintenance had to fix it basically every day.
You’ll hear planes flying often but I guess that’s applicable for all hotels in Chaweng beach since it’s close to the airport.

Loved staying at Elephant Beach Club. First time stayed in this part of Koh Samui and although the area was a bit trashier than I expected, I think the Elephant Beach Club looked like the pick of the options in the strip and the option for sunrise beach walks or night time strolls was great. Rooms were phenominal - loved them. Team were super friendly and helpful. Property was immaculate.
I didn't rate the breakfast if I am honest but I like that there are lighter options so not forced into a buffet.

Great standouts - 1. Amazing staff (friendly and efficient and very helpful).
2. Good food and good service - including the rooms and outdoor facilities.
3. Front desk very helpful on directions, travel and excursions.
4. Good massage on the pool deck and a fabulously clean pool no matter what the weather.

The property is stunning and the staff are amazing.
We weren’t told until we arrived that there was going to be a party in the beach club until 3am and we happened to be the Villa right next door so our patio and a wall was all that separated it. It was quite loud and they did provide ear plugs but I wish we had been advised before.
