Great location, very close to the main attractions and public transport.
Check-in was quite difficult due to a few issues:
There was no nameplate on the apartment building, making it very hard to find.
There was no WhatsApp number provided for quick communication.
Getting the main entrance password and key box code was confusing, and the key box itself was very hard to open.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is conveniently located near Otsuka Station, yet the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. It had all the amenities we needed, including an elevator, air conditioning, a washing machine, a refrigerator, and a hair dryer. The microwave was a bonus. Everything was clean and well-prepared when we checked in.
The room was much smaller than expected. With three suitcases (20", 24", and 28"), we could only fully open two at a time, while the largest one had to be partially opened in the hallway. The bathroom was also very small.
The biggest inconvenience was the key collection process. We had to travel to a pub in a different area to obtain the key-lock password instead of receiving it through the Booking.com messaging system. This added unnecessary hassle to the check-in experience.
