An absolutely amazing place – a true dream!
The house is beautiful, spacious, luxurious, and exceptionally well equipped. It is clear that the hosts have thought of every little detail to make their guests’ stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. And of course, the highlight is the private beach – having the sea right outside the house is simply incredible.
The hosts were wonderful, friendly, and extremely responsive. They were always available whenever we had a question or needed anything, and were genuinely happy to help.
The location is also excellent. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, yet within just a few minutes you can reach Lidl, a nearby village with all the shops and services you may need, as well as some excellent restaurants. At the same time, Larnaca’s seafront is only about a 15-minute drive away, and the airport is just 10 minutes away.
We loved every moment of our stay. This was truly one of the best places we have ever stayed, and we would be very happy to return.

וואו, איזה דירה מושלמת!
קודם כל הדירה מאובזרת כמעט בכל מה שצריך, מרמת המזלג ועד למכונת כביסה ומדיח וכל מה שצריך בדירה.
מזגנים בכל הבית, מקררים מושלם!
חדרים גדולים ומרווחים עם מרפסת לכל חדר, 2 מתוכם פונים לים.
2 חדרים מיטה זוגיות, ועוד חדר עם 2 מיטות יחיד.
וגולת הכותרת, הים!
צעד וחצי ואתה בתוך המים, מים צלולים, רדודים, שפשוט כיף להיות בהם!
איזור שקט (לא לאנשים שרוצים להיות במרכז העניינים ) 7 דקות נסיעה משדה התעופה.
הגינה מאובזרת כמו שצריך, פינת ישיבה, שולחן אוכל, מיטות שיזוף, מקלחת חיצונית, מנגל, מטבח חוץ עם משטח עבודה וכיור... מושלם!

Wow, what an absolutely perfect apartment!
First of all, the apartment is equipped with almost everything you could possibly need — from cutlery and kitchen essentials to a washing machine, dishwasher, and everything else you need for a comfortable stay.
There are air conditioners throughout the entire apartment, and they work perfectly!
Large, spacious bedrooms, each with its own balcony, two of which have stunning sea views.
Two bedrooms have double beds, and the third bedroom has two single beds.
And the highlight of it all — the sea! 🌊
Just a step or two and you’re right in the water. The water is crystal clear and shallow, and it’s simply a pleasure to be in it!
The area is quiet and peaceful, so it’s not for people who want to be right in the middle of all the action. It’s also only a 7-minute drive from the airport.
The garden is perfectly equipped as well: a comfortable seating area, dining table, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, BBQ, and even an outdoor kitchen with a worktop and sink.

The property, the location ( direct access to the beach, few steps) and the view is stunning , just take the sea shoes, wakeup early to enjoy the sunrise and dont miss the sunset :)

Our stay at Meneou House by the Sea was absolutely wonderful and truly one of the highlights of our trip to Cyprus. The house was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel at home. But what made it really special was the location — being so close to the sea and waking up to that peaceful atmosphere every day was incredible.
We were traveling as a family with different ages and needs, and the house worked perfectly for everyone. It gave us plenty of space to relax, spend time together, and enjoy Cyprus without ever feeling crowded. We loved being able to have slow mornings, enjoy the water, and come back to a quiet, private place at the end of the day.
Everything about our stay felt easy and relaxing, which is exactly what you hope for on vacation. Meneou has such a peaceful, authentic feel, while still being convenient to Larnaca and everything we wanted to do. We made some really special family memories here, and leaving was genuinely hard!
