More student flat than stunning flat

The location was good

The property is not stunning as described. The apartment has lots of maintenance issues which need to be addressed. The carpets are stained and tatty, the walls are stained and need repainting in many places. The bathroom is below par for a 'stunning' apartment and the extractor fan sounds ridiculously loud when turned on. The decor is bland and depressing with no personality. I would describe as student flat style. The sofa in the living room isn't comfortable and there is no armchair so not enough seats.

The apartment was close to the town centre and a nice size . Each bedroom had basic storage . The bathroom was clean and pleasant . The beds were made up nicely and satisfactory.

There was a bit of a musty damp smell on entering the building. The carpets looked scruffy and tired with some stains and fraying at the joins . The sofa was a bit stained too. There had been a leak in the ceiling by the second bedroom which we informed management about . Fortunately it dried up. The blind in the sitting room was broken so we could only peep at the sea through the blinds . There was no remote control for the TV which was an inconvenience as the manuel way of working it was not easy.

The location was good
