Host (Marco) made everything very easy. Room was fully equipped, nothing missing. Room was as in photos and as in reviews. Mattress was excellent (very important, our sleep was perfect).
I paid to Marco for a booking at a nearby parking but the card he gave me didn't work so i had to pay again. Maybe it was my fault though but i paid twice. Main issue: Due to the structure of the room the air-ventilation (and renewal) plus the central lighting were very poor.

The host was extremely helpful and supportive throughout our stay. He helped us with parking and gave us great recommendations on where to go and where to eat. We really appreciated his hospitality and local tips. Highly recommended!
