The luggage trolley made it totally hassle free and we absolutely loved the goats!

Beautiful area to visit. The instructions around the site were clear (even so I forgot to bring blankets and bedding but that was on me). Owner was lovely to speak to and very patient despite my disabilities making understanding directions very difficult. My partner and I loved cooking together at the little kitchen station and having a lovely view of the sky while eating dinner. I highly recommend buying ingredients for dinner from the farm house shop down the road.
The goats Beau and Herbi were incredibly sweet and surprisingly quiet, always eager for treats and head scratches. Would absolutely recommend. Already planning another trip next year.
Absolutely perfect for star gazing if you get a clear night. Our first night was beautiful and clear and we watched the stars for hours in perfect calm and peace.
The first night was very cold, though I think we accidentally turned the heater OFF so that could have been our fault. If you are going, highly recommend you bring a hot water bottle and don't forget to bring blankets next time. The beds were not great on my back but with my chronic pain condition that was expected, most mattresses don't work for me anyway.
If you are disabled like me the local pavements are difficult to walk in crutches but for the most part it's manageable for me. If you or anyone you are going to this location with is in a wheelchair, if you want to visit anywhere you will have to drive, the pavements are too narrow in a lot of places for wheelchairs.

The pod was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lovely view of the goats out of the window.It was quiet and peaceful, and we both slept well. The outdoor kitchen was well equipped and functioned efficiently. It was covered for any wet days . Shower was clean and perfect temperature and power. We also ventured out for breakfast as there's a little garden cafe not far up the road and that was delicious. Indian takeaway close by for an evening meal. There's a huge field for kids to burn off energy and Plessey woods wasn't far . Would definitely recommend and visit again in the future.

The barrel is very cute and quirky. The goats are delightful. The location is peaceful and there are lots of things to do in the surrounding area. We enjoyed our walk to the local Indian restaurant which serves delicious food. The owners very kindly charged up the power banks again as we were there for four days.
The property sleeps 4, but bedding is only provided for the double bed so we had to take our own for the single bed.
