We stayed in double room en-suite with private balcony and we LOVED the views. Moreover it was very peaceful and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the room had a fridge and kettle with some basics for simple cooking. on the balcony was a cooking plate and scullery sink for clearning your dishes. Henry, our host, was very responsive and very helpful. He met us when we arrived, gave us good tips, and helped us by whatsapp when we had questions.
We loved the fact that the place is on the very edge of town for Sarande - so be sure that this is what you want. It is possible to walk into town if you are feeling up to it, but best to have a car.

The property is stunning, beautiful sea view and nice, comfortable rooms. The room is clean and you are not disturbed throughout your stay. The check in and out was smooth and the rooms provide the essentials with a fridge a TV a small bin, shower gel, shampoo and utensils for eating alongside an outside cooking facility and washing machine.
If you have a rental car or bike/scooter the property’s location isn’t a problem but for anyone walking beware that the walk from central Sarande to the villa is an uphill 40 minute walk. however when you see the view the balcony provides makes the walk worth it!

Lage war perfekt, personal super freundlich und hilfs bereit, tualette war gross und sauber, klima funktionirete gut. Bett und bettwasche waren sauber, im flur kõnnte mann kaffe und tee machen und auch die waschmaschine benutzen. Eigentlich fùrs übernachten war ok für 2 leute maximal. Mann könnte 2-3 strände zu fuss erreichen, der blick ist super, eine terrase steht zu verfügung aber ist gemeinsam zu benutzen. Die villa hatt verschiedene zimmern die besser als unsere waren nun das hatt uns getroffen😊😋.
das zimmer klein und es fehlten stuhle und eine komode vielleicht, das regal war auch klein und fehlten paar bügeln, das zimmer war schwer zu luften .
