Room service,cleanliness was top notch the pool was amazing and we witnessed it being cleaned,and the staff was very friendly and accommodating
Beddings,the texture was quite uncomfortable especially the duvet,if that can be changed then everything will be 10/10

The rooms, pool and garden are just perfect. The hotel is well maintained and very beautiful. It really is a piece of heaven and the atmosphere very relaxing. Breakfast was good.
Not the hotels fault , but Malindi is not the best town in kenya. We walked along the beach and found a couple of good restaurants nearby.

I thought it was too expensive; it should be in line with other hotels
1. The closed area should be retrofitted to accommodate guests during the rainy season
2. Maybe elevator music
