Reservei 2 suíte quádruplas, recebi uma tripla, o hotel disse não poder resolver pois a unidade é de terceiros, me disse pra procurar o dono , isto não foi informado no ato da reserva.
Não houve serviço de limpeza no quarto, não havia toalhas, mas depois levaram.
Estacionamento muito caro por diária, deixamos na rua nossos carros.
