A nice friendly welcome. It is a small pub with 2 rooms upstairs. My room was very clean and of a decent size with a large bathroom. Kettle, fan & heater in room and shared microwave and fridge in the hallway. You're given a key to the back door which means you don't have to enter through the pub itself. I stayed midweek and didn't hear anything from downstairs. Just a 5 minute walk to the bus station and the town centre. Overall a lovely place to stay
Be aware that the only window in my room was from a skylight which had no blind. If you're sensitive to light waking you up in the morning then I would suggest you bringing an eye mask

Received a lovely welcome on arrival from Kelly & Phil who run the Ebberley Arms. The room was very spacious & tremendous value for money. I highly recommend the breakfast which is also TVFM. The main bar is worth visiting with drinks at good prices. This was my second stay at the Ebberley Arms & I look forward to my next visit.

Central location, spacious room and bathroom with lots of storage space.
The room lacks a mirror or any kind of dressing area for getting ready, and there isn’t a blind on the skylight window which lets in a lot of light in the mornings.
It can be noisy particularly if there is something on in the bar, which is to be expected. It wasn’t an issue for us but something to bear in mind if you want a quiet stay.
