Unikać jak ognia!!!

★☆☆☆☆ Niestety pobyt w Apartamencie Horyzont był ogromnym rozczarowaniem. Już na samym początku pojawiły się problemy z zameldowaniem – nie otrzymałam kodu dostępu do pokoju i musiałam sama dzwonić do obsługi. Usłyszałam, że firma sprzątająca nie zdążyła przygotować apartamentu na czas. Po wejściu do środka okazało się, że apartament jest zdecydowanie, niż wynika ze zdjęć i opisu. Podróżowałam z dwójką dzieci, a pokój w praktyce nadaje się maksymalnie dla dwóch osób. Po rozłożeniu łóżka nie ma praktycznie możliwości swobodnego poruszania się. Dodatkowo stolik został ustawiony tak, że blokuje wygodne wyjście na balkon. Największym absurdem są drzwi balkonowe, które nie mają funkcji uchyłu. Można je jedynie otworzyć na oścież. W efekcie nie da się normalnie przewietrzyć pokoju – pozostawienie otwartego balkonu podczas wyjścia grozi zalaniem pokoju w razie deszczu, a także nie daje poczucia bezpieczeństwa. Przy zamkniętych drzwiach w apartamencie panuje zaduch i wysoka temperatura. Czystość również pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Po wejściu czuć było intensywny zapach chloru i mocnych męskich perfum. Naczynia w szafkach były brudne, kabina prysznicowa niedomyta, a odpływ całkowicie zapchany włosami. Musiałam sama go udrażniać, co było po prostu nie na miejscu i nie powinno się wydarzyć. Kolejne rozczarowanie to brak windy. Nigdzie nie znalazłam informacji o tym podczas rezerwacji, a wnoszenie walizek i rzeczy dla dwójki dzieci po schodach na II piętro było bardzo uciążliwe. Na koniec Wi-Fi. W opisie obiektu jest informacja o dostępie do Internetu, ale w rzeczywistości praktycznie nie działa. Połączenie ciągle zanika lub jest tak słabe, że nie da się z niego korzystać. Reklamowanie działającego Wi-Fi w takim stanie jest po prostu wprowadzaniem gości w błąd. Największy problem to jednak fakt, że oferta i zdjęcia nie odzwierciedlają rzeczywistości. Apartament sprawia wrażenie znacznie większego i bardziej funkcjonalnego, niż jest w rzeczywistości.

Pobyt super. Będę tam wracał.

Świetna lokalizacja, przy plaży, w razie silnego wiatru pod oknami basen, w razie niepogody, na terenie dostępny basen kryty ( symboliczna opłata). Animatorki dla dzieci spełniają gigantyczną rolę.Polecam dla osób z dziećmi, jak i Par bez dzieci.Wszędzie blisko. Spokojnie, plaża jeszcze nigdy nie była oblężona, można skorzystać z posiłków na terenie obiektu.
