Everything was cute. Only notes were that the fire extinguisher was on empty - did not use it, but I did let the owner know. And at times there was a smell of weed - probably from another unit.

The loft apartment is very clean, comfortable and spacious, exactly as pictured. Communication was clear and very responsive. No issues experienced and would stay again when visiting Utica.

This loft has been completely refurbished. Located on second floor. Kitchen,dining, bedroom and living area are all in one space. Second floor in the loft is set up as 2nd living area. Heat is controlled in building there is an electric fireplace if needed. Shared laundry and off street parking.
