About this house rental
Modern architect-designed holiday home with sea view and only 120 meters to the sandy beach. This attractive holiday home has a perfect coastal location in Gilleleje. Here you can enjoy a prime setting close to the sea and the charming harbor towns with plenty of attractions, as well as restaurants and shops. The house features panoramic windows and a water view from a wide bay seating area. High-quality materials and tasteful interior solutions offer a spacious kitchen/dining area with high ceilings, a kitchen island, dishwasher, induction cooktop with integrated extractor hood, oven, fridge/freezer, and skylights that provide plenty of natural light. There is underfloor heating in all rooms. The house has two bedrooms with sleeping space for 4 people and two bathrooms with shower cubicles and underfloor heating. The utility room includes a combined washer/dryer. Private terrace with garden furniture where children can play safely, and where you can rinse off under the heated outdoor shower after a trip to the beach. Carport with electric vehicle charger. Not rented to youth groups or groups of craftsmen.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The holiday home was perfect for a family getaway! Lots of outdoor space for the kids to play, and we enjoyed the nearby beaches, The WiFi worked well for us, which was a plus!
