Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Cute little complex to stay in. Great location to get to things. However, with all the private beach wars, this makes it a bummer. I have stayed here years before and just walked across street to the beach with no problem, now it is all private beach, and the next access closest has only about 50 ft wide of public beach access.. not enough room for many people. The unit is fine , definitely dated , but not uncomfortable, the mgmt company was very lackluster. They are very hands off, and just have you use a website and app and have to dig to find what you need, not user friendly. This unit stated it came with bikes, but you have to reserve 48 hours prior to your trip, if you are able to get through to the 3rd party bike rental company, we never did receive bikes, or get ahold of anyone. I do not usually leave reviews but the mgmt company left this experience completely lackluster. However, for the place,nice, small and typical beach condo with a cute little box of starter soaps for personal use and cleaning were left for the renter, nice touch.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for a family of four. Great location with a short walk to the beach. The pool was really nice and never too crowded. The kids enjoyed playing tennis and riding the two free bikes included with the condo. We would definitely book this unit again!

The condo was clean and just enough space for a small family of 4. The location was great and with it being just across the street, we were able to get there and back without issue. The property was quiet with ample parking. We loved it and would come again!
