About this apartment rental
A warm welcome to the most beautiful part of the south—the Valley of Love.
In our small, cozy vacation home (70 square meters) built in 1888, our guests stay on two floors and enjoy the magnificent scenery of the Deggenhausertal. The village of Untersiggingen is an ideal and very central starting point for a wide variety of activities in the Lake Constance region.
The village has two supermarkets (one of which is organic) and a gas station—all of which offer fresh bakery items in the morning.
Out of consideration for our farm dog, Horscht, we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets.
4-room vacation home “Anni,” shower/toilet, 70 square meters, first floor + 1st floor:
PLEASE NOTE: When booking for two people, only the double room is rented. Two additional rooms can be booked for an extra charge (simply add another person in the booking form).
The Anni vacation home has approximately 70 square meters of living space spread over two floors. On the first floor, which is reached via 7 steps from the parking lot, you’ll find the living room, a double bedroom (bed size 2x2m), the kitchen with dining area, and the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, a fully automatic coffee machine, and a Sodasteam sparkling water maker. The washing machine in the bathroom may be used upon request.
On the upper floor, there are two additional bedrooms, each with a bed.
The house is a non-smoking property—smoking is permitted outdoors in a separate area. Upon request, a patio behind the house in the garden may be used. Here, the farm dog Horscht looks forward to welcoming guests.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
