The place is built sustainability so there is a solar farm for electricity and rainwater downpipes that lead to underground cisterns on each building. These cisterns supply water to the building. The building is near to the coast and you can see the sea and yachts based on the room that you assigned. It is a lovely place, very serene. It is about 7 mins by car from the Falmouth Harbour Marina. If you are interested you could informally get a tour of the marina.
The staff were very good, both the admin staff and the perons who clean the room. There is washing machine in the one bedrooms and above (not the studios).
On balance, very lovely place and supportive staff. I would stay at Neem View Apartments again if I am visiting Antigua.

The apartment exceeded my expectations! It was quiet and clean and close to the English harbor. The live hibiscus pedals on the bed as a nice touch. The communication is as also excellent. Very clear with directions.

We stayed in a very clean and quaint one bedroom, #12 which is upstairs. Met a few others there who were very nice. Two bottles of cold water, one of wine with flowers to greet us. All you would need to prepare heated meals, very nice refrigerator and everything any hotel provides, all done very nicely. Security is provided with fence and electronic gate opener. Finding Neem was just a tad difficult but once on the dirt road off main it was marked with signs. The location was on a hillside and not on a beach but beaches are nearby and this location was
Close to many sites including Falmouth Bay,
Nelson’s Dockyard and not far from Shirley Heights.

We had the best time at Neem View. Our 2 bed apartment was spacious and well equipped. We loved the pool and used it many times over our 3 week stay. It is useful to have a car but there is a supermarket and a couple of local restaurants you can easily walk to.
Its location in Falmouth harbour is fantastic with so much to explore!
Collette was brilliant and so helpful with everything with fantastic communication before, during and after the trip. We will definitely be back! (Family of 4 with children aged 8 and 4)
