There is a bar the likes the blast music late at night if you are on the side closest to the airport. I could literally feel the bass shaking the room. I diddnt get much sleep.

Location is amazing but rooms leave more to be desired. They are dated and do not feel clean. We found several mosquitos in our room.

Property was in distance of many dining options, close to the airport and on Maho Beach. The unavailability of a late check out put a damper on my last day.

This is a timeshare hotel. This location was chosen for its proximity to the airport and beach. Unfortunately the management here has policys that were significant less than ideal for a short stay. Checkin after 4pm and checkout at 10am. This was challenging for tired travelers wanting to recover before continuing there travels. No flexibility as well... They do offer luggage storage that is very basic and not secure by any means. The rooms were basic and included no hot water! Even with a Suite ! Other guests also had complained to the desk while we were checking out about similar facts. And issues in checkin and security of belongings.

It was terrible and they gave me a room first whicn was not clean after someone had left then they moved me to a room all they way in the corner and then no hot water also would never recommend this hotel to anyone 😌 also complained to Expedia agent but didn’t help

Being the only BIPOC on the resort and them having no identifying effects (wristband, lanyard, etc) the staff noticeably only stopped me and asked repeatedly what I was doing on the resort. Even other guests noticed and asked me not to get upset. When addressed with the manager, who asked a security guard to confirm, the guard replied that I need to understand why I’m the only one being stopped - basically, admitting I should be okay being profiled. At no time was I loud or even misbehaving. I would walk to the beach and be stopped every time in a very rude way. The resort itself was decent. The treatment was horrible.

If your young and your colored please don’t stay at this hotel. The hotel is staff with security that is posted in every area of the hotel and guard the hotel like they’re guarding a prison. My husband and I were harassed every day for the simplest things for example walking in to the hotel area at night we were stop and question about our stay. Hotel does not give guest wristband or advice on arrival what entrance to use. Hanging by the pool and drinking from the bottles that the pool restaurant will sell you but does not indicate bottles are not allow in the pool area, security will come over and aggressively tell you bottles are not allow. They make you feel uncomfortable and small. We booked a room that was ocean view and was given a ground floor room with garden view when contacted the front desk the manger rudely said there are no other rooms available and can not change the room. The hotel staff were not friendly not at one time on our vacation we felt welcome. The location of the hotel is great however there are several hotels in that area to choose from. If your young and a couple and looking for a good time on vacation this is not the hotel to stay.

The room I purchased was for an ocean view. My room was on the first floor behind the pool area. I was told by front desk staff there was no other room available and that Expedia is supposed to verify availability

Beautiful property, great staff. Well taken care if and close to restaurants and beaches. Resort sits on a beautiful beach itself and you can watch the planes come in from your balcony while you look out at the beautiful ocean. You cant hear the planes when inside your condo so no need to worry about that.

After booking in March, We flew thousands of miles and they stuck us in the basement. We have shrubs and no ocean view .. Why would I come to the ocean and look at old fat people and shrubs .. Horrible vacation

This property is located right on Maho Beach within walking distance of shops and a few restaurants. Right across the street are the Casino Royale and several nice restaurants. The property is a little dated compared to others in the area but is very clean, well-kept and nicely maintained. Don't miss the very nice Terrace pool and plane observation deck in their annex across the street above the parking garage and grocery store.

Beach and pool area very clean. Great location Bed was comfortable but other furnishings in the unit were very dated and uncomfortable. Bathroom needed a deep clean. We were only staying one night but would not want the studio unit we had for any extended stay.
