Location was great, the ambience was really chill. The foliage and flowers were really beautiful. The decor was great too. Rooms were super spacious in the family room. Beds and toilets really comfortable and very clean. The staff were also helpful and non intrusive but available when you needed anything.
The breakfast with our package was excellent and had a good variety.
The pool area was great to sit and chill, with the ambient music and also the flowering trees and plants made it a really relaxing experience.
The play area for kids is also well designed and maintained. I was quite surprised with the interesting activities there.
The place was beautiful and it was really well maintained.
The only thing I would comment on is that there were some people who came to use the pool with their regular clothes and no head covering
There should be more strict standards for pool usage. The shower for the pool is in an awkward location far from the pool and is hard to figure out where it is.
The water did Start turning green after the people with full clothing came in that day. And I didn't feel comfortable using the pool after that.
There was no water heater in the bathroom. Because we went in summer we didn't need it. But I think in the cold it will be required.

Good location, clean rooms and bathrooms and good food.
We didn't get the room on the first floor we were told we would get. Instead, we got a room on the ground level... They said the room above was booked before us (and was booked directly) and not online.
There was too much noise coming from the room next to ours well past midnight. Although there was no security/ no one at reception in the night to complain or go speak with them.
Breakfast was good but had limited options.

We stayed 2 nights, for a week-end. The hotel is nice and clean, the restaurant is a good place to chill. It is quiet and the pool was clean.
The breakfast was good.
The room was small, and I was asked to pay extra fees for the children, which were high.
At the end it was a costly hotel and the room was tiny for 4.
The room was not cleaned during the day.
The bathroom could be in a better condition.
WiFi was not working or very unstable.
