The worst experience you can get in KL

Nothing

The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Before I checked in, I was harassed to make a 5 Star review for them. To make things even worse, you have to make a $200 Malaysian deposit via bank transfer, yes you heard it, bank transfer before you can check in. Being a foreigner, doing a local bank transfer to them was a nightmare. Upon asking them for options, I was sent with screenshots of agreements that deposit via bank transfer was agreed upon. No formality, no hi, no thanks and no understanding. An absolute lowest of the lowest customer service you can ever receive in Malaysia. Upon reaching the room, we were greeted by a musty smelling room. Expect a poor quality mattress with deflated pillows where the cotton inside have already hardened into little balls. Worst ever hotel. Avoid at all cost.
