Perfect!

Perfect place to stay with kids. Everyday cleaning. Up to 10 minutes walk to the sea with kids. Small grocery is nearby, bigger market is a bit far away. Fresh seafood store is nearby in case you want to cook smth by your own! The most perfect place was Paralia Psili Ammos!

There were no washer machine, but its like my own pref to have such. Option to wash salty kids' clothes was unavailable(

Beautiful

New property, beautifully arranged with a lovely garden, rooms equipped with air conditioning. Cleaning was done whenever necessary. The location may initially seem far from the city center, but it is actually very close to both the beach and the central area – approximately a 7-minute walk.

The only thing I didn’t like was the pool schedule and the fact that it could only be used between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, which I find a bit limited and think it needs to be changed.

Filoxenia Luxury Apartments is perfect way to have calm and quiet holiday with your family

Filoxenia Luxury Apartments is located in aprox. 5 minutes walk from Potos center, and aprox 7-8 minutes from the Potos Beach. There are several markets near the apartment (3-4 min to walk) where you can find all neccesary. There are quite a lot of restaraunts. Parking is in front of the hotel, but it's quite safe. We had a late check-in. Once we started our ferry journey, we contacted the person at the hotel and agreed on an estimated time of arrival. That is, when we arrived, a person was waiting for us. All the issues during our stay were solved as soon, as it could. I especially want to note the cleanliness - cleaning woman IS AMAZING!!! The pool is great! Clean and there is a part, suitable for childrens safe swimming. A/C is working, no smelling. There was a Smart TV with YouTube. In the kitchen you can find all necessary. Beds were comfortable, sheets and towels were perfect clean! On the neighboring site there was noise from the work of construction workers, but it didn't cause us any big problems for us.

We had an unpleasant moment with the apartment representative, but in the end we resolved the issue, so this does not affect the rating of apartment.

Exceptional

It is the cleanest apartment I have stayed in all Europe.. It was amazing, everything was shining. Even outside the apartments, the grass, the floors, the poolside, all so clean. Families with small kids were staying, I have no kid but still it didn't disturb me because the isolation of the doors and windows is perfect. It is 5 minutes walk from the city center where you swim, eat, shop. You don't even need a car.
