Great spacious apartment with beautiful terrace

Great apartment, close to the center and a beautiful terrace with an outdoor kitchen. Giacomo is a very friendly host and easy to communicate with. Apartment is comfortable, quiet and has the basic facilities to make breakfast.

Nice and charming location with some disadvantages of air circulation and air conditioner system.

The location of the house was great, with a 10-minute walk to most of the central attractions. Besides, Giacomo, as the owner of the house, was very responsive and helpful to all our requests, and he very much welcomed us.

The air conditioner was positioned directly on top of the bed, making it impossible to sleep when it was in use, as it blew directly onto you. Moreover, it is not the fault of the owner, but the odor coming from the sinks or the toilet was disturbing, and the room was not suitable for air circulation, even though it has a very beautiful garden. Last but not least, we saw many bugs and insects, which are most probably living there because the house was on the ground floor and opened to a garden.

Great apartment close to everything with a lovely helpful host!

The location was great and the little courtyard was lovely to sit and eat breakfast in! Giacomo was really helpful contacting us with information before we arrived and meeting us with the keys and going though everything. Small kitchen but equipped with all we needed Lovely little place which I would definitely recommend! Took about 30 mins to walk from the station but the 101 bus stops nearby and the airport bus is also just down via Roma by the Rinacentre! (5 mins walk)

Highly reccommend

Giacomo was very flexible with the check in time. The location was good, the apartment well equipped and there is a nice big terrace. Highly reccommend.
