Cette maison est grande avec ses 4 chambres, très bien équipée, avec une petite piscine et un brasero. Propre, fonctionnelle, à proximité immédiate d'une très belle plage (moins de 5 minutes à pieds). La terrasse est très grande. Vous pouvez aussi garer un véhicule. Calme, c'est idéal pour un séjour en famille.
Presque rien, peut-être le wifi qui a un débit très lent. Mais ils nous ont gentiment proposé d'aller dans la cuisine du club à proximité pour une réunion que je devais faire (appel vidéo).

le brasero super pratique, les deux frigos pour huit personnes, c’était super la literie en très bon état
On ne peut pas dire qu’on n’a pas aimé quelque chose, mais par contre un ventilateur extérieur sous la repenties pour manger, le soir, serait de super confort

On the positive side, we really liked the living area. The living room was pleasant, comfortable, and a nice space for spending time together.
The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils, and there was also a washing machine and an ironing board, which were very useful, especially for a larger group.
Unfortunately, the house did not meet our expectations, especially considering that we were a group of 10. We chose this property mainly because of its very good reviews, but after our stay, we honestly do not understand how it received such high ratings.
The description did not make it clear that the four bedrooms were divided between two rooms on the ground floor and two in the basement. All the bedrooms were extremely dark, with deteriorated walls and visible dampness/mold. In our opinion, these are not healthy or appropriate conditions for sleeping. Overall, none of the bedrooms provided the level of comfort and space we expected. However, the upper part of the house was modernly furnished and looked much nicer. The house also had two bathrooms, which was a positive aspect for a group of 10.
The house also did not feel suitable for a group of 10 (6 adults and 4 children), and the swimming pool was far too small for the number of guests. We were unable to enjoy the terrace because it was extremely hot and there were a lot of mosquitoes.
We chose this property because of its excellent reviews and expected a much higher standard, especially given the price. Unfortunately, we felt that the price was not justified at all. It was one of the most expensive accommodations we booked in Italy, yet one of the poorest in terms of quality and overall conditions.
Overall, we were very disappointed with our accommodation. We strongly recommend that the property description be updated to accurately reflect the room layout, the size and natural lighting of the bedrooms, and the condition of the rooms, so that future guests can make a properly informed decision.
