lock box allows 24/7 access which is good as I was an unexpected delayed arrival.
It was difficult to see lock box number dial at night in the dark. When sending guests the box code, it would help to tell them to use a cell phone light to illuminate the key code dial on the box. I had been traveling 20 hrs was tired, and not thinking clearly so I did not think of that immediately. I wound up disturbing them with a late phone call. just a suggestion.
