No lo recomiendo

La ubicación, muy bien. En 15 minutos a pie estás en el centro del área histórica y en la avenida paralela hay toda clase de servicios (taxis, autobuses, tiendas, cafeterías y comercios). Se aparca fácilmente cerca del alojamiento.

Tuve que insistir los días previos, por WhatsApp, para que me mandasen el check-in on line y el código y me cambiaron de interlocutor (dos personas) dos veces. En el alojamiento: No dejaron ni un papel con las instrucciones del aire, la calefacción o la cafetera. Tuve que rebuscar la clave de la WiFi en el router. No había recambios para la nexpresso, con lo que no me pude hacer un café por la mañana, porque tampoco había una melita o italiana. Entra luz y ruido de la calle (es un bajo sin tabiques interiores), incluso siendo una calle tranquila. La persiana no encaja bien y la nevera hacía ruido, incesante. Al ser un solo ambiente, casi no dormí por el ruido de noche y la luz en cuanto empezó a amanecer. En la ducha, un agujero en el piso que disimularon con la alfombrilla, bloqueando el desagüe, lo cual provocó que medio se inundase el baño (hasta que la retiré, descubriendo el agujero. Si no me llego a dar cuenta, se inunda hasta la sala, porque la mampara no la detuvo, está todo al mismo nivel y evidentemente, mal sellado). En la despensa, un paquete de sal roto y derramada y un tarro con aceite usado. En el congelador, una bolsa de hielo abierta. El alojamiento podría estar muy bien: está bien situado y es accesible, no está mal decorado y podría ser acogedor, aunque los acabados de la reforma son pobres. Pero mi percepción es que "pasan", se percibe descuido y desinterés por la comodidad básica del huésped, tanto en la atención a la reserva como en el cuidado y mantenimiento del lugar. No es lo más grave, pero además, 90 euros una noche de finales de abril me parece una barbaridad para estas condiciones. Un alojamiento que solo te admite después de que justifiques el objeto de tu alquiler, que no da opción a reserva reembolsable ni cambio de fechas (yo viajaba por trabajo) y después da esta atención, es poco recomendable. Ojalá este comentario sirva para que se corrijan estos errores.
