Great location. Well appointed. Comfortable. Had everything we needed. Good shower. Plenty of hot water. Really comfy bed. Loved where it was and the fact there was putdoir space too.
Wasn’t an issue for us but two flights of steep stairs could be an issue for some. Couldn’t use the garden as we’d been warned to stay off the decking, which clearly needs some tlc.

We had a lovely stay here with our dog. The location is perfect, right in the centre of everything. Close walk to harbour & we enjoyed the proximity to all the best restaurants and cafes. The apartment was very clean & bed really comfortable. Kitchen had all the facilities you needed if you need to cook, but being so close to so many places to eat, we were spollt for choice. Parking is in the car park in the harbour but there is a parking permit in the apartment that you use. Only warning is that if you stay in Padstow in August it is very busy so be prepared to drive through some crowds on the way to the car park & make some restaurant reservations. We will definitely come back!

Location couldn’t have been better! The parking (whilst tricky with the crowds) was an absolute bonus. Apartment was comfortable and fairly well stocked. Having a garden was also a real asset with a dog.
No complaints - would definitely stay again. Possibly an extra toilet roll or 2 as we were staying for 7 days.

Central location & parking permit a great addition.Deli downstairs was superb.
Cleaning wasn’t great. Wi-fi unreliable.Very limited inclusions- no welcome pack,,poor guide, 1/2 a loo-roll!
