bed (very comfortable), shower (warm water and cold water), A/C, cafe machine (amazing coffe), towels,
kitchen is very small and it lacks of panes and accesories for cooking, can be noisy from street outside (in early night and in late afternoon) and windows are exposed to street but they have mirror so nobody see what you are doing

The shower it’s really small.
The toilet it’s almost out of order. In order to flush the toilet have to wait 5min
