This place is a real meaning of exceptional stay. For a expensive b city like Paris, having 6+ beds with well equipped house is a blessing.

Praktische Wohnung, eigentlich gut gelegen.
Leider war die RER Bahn bei unserem Besuch vorübergehend ausser Betrieb. Parken für Besucher nur halbtags möglich.

We stayed here as a family of 5 for two nights. It had enough space for us to sleep and regroup after a long flight.
Washing Machine worked well and had a drying function.
Key access was simple and straightforward.
Property was on second floor accessible via stairs. Keep that in mind if traveling with small children/luggage size.
The sink is awkwardly situated in the kitchen, almost as if it was an afterthought to the kitchen design.
Knowing that this accommodation was a 45 minute train ride away from the heart of Paris, you need to plan out what you want to see/do, so you don't waste time traveling back and forth too much.
ALSO: please note that this accommodation is in ZONE 3 of the RER - so you much purchase the correct train ticket in order to get through the final gates when arriving back to Arcueil.
