It's a wonderful panoramic apartment. We loved it.
A well equipped flat as in the description or even better!
Regarding the location; who's making a reservation in Privlaka, that's definitely not looking for a bustling old town, so it's perfect. A small port and a bar just front of you, on the two sides sendy and stone beaches, even with free shower at the port.
What about the bar? Our opinion, a regular evening is okay, even with opened windows, but if they have a live concert that's loud and it's long in the night (but still our son(6) slept well behind the closed windows). From the other side if you want a cocktail or you are out of the beer, it's very convenient just to walk down and order.
The private rooftop terrasse is gorgeous. A morning exercise, a daytime sunbathing, an afternoon cocktail, and the evening romance. Lovely.
Definitely a recommended accommodation!
(We been is September we haven't neighbors, so the whole building was very calm and quiet).
Definitely not a complaints, just minor things.
A micro would be more useful than the owen.
The touchpad of the espresso maker is terrible.
Would be nice to have a full body mirror somewhere in the flat, wooden spoon in the kitchen, and wall mounted hangers close to the entrance.
These are not overshadowing anything! 10/10 :-)

Apartament okazał się strzałem w dziesiątkę — rzeczywistość zdecydowanie przewyższyła ogłoszenie. Lokalizacja idealna, metraż świetnie dopasowany do rodziny 2+2, a wyposażenie naprawdę z górnej półki i w pełni kompletne. Wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy, było na miejscu. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Geräumige Wohnung mit hochwertiger Ausstattung im dritten Stockwerk. Klimaanlage und Fernseher in jedem Zimmer. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend! Die dazugehörige Terrasse im vierten Stockwerk ist komfortabel und sehr gemütlich. Die Wohnung ist mit allen notwendigen Wasch-/Spülutensilien ausgestattet Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.
Internet und WLAN waren katastrophal. Etwas zum verstauen der Schuhe fehlt....

Apartament na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Nienaganna czystość, piękny widok, wszystko świeże i pachnące. Bardzo dobre wyposażenie. Czysta klimatyzacja działająca sprawnie i wydajnie. Praktycznie niczego nie brakowało. Środki czystości oraz środki higieniczne w wystarczającej ilości. Bardzo miłe było odnalezienie w lodówce świeżych schłodzonych owoców. Taras na dachu do wyłącznej dyspozycji z leżakami, kurtyną do schłodzenia i kompletem wypoczynkowym ze świetnym widokiem na okolicę. Zdjęcia obiektu oddają stan faktyczny.
Największym problemem jest sąsiadująca piwiarnia Beach Bar Barufa. Hałas do późnych godzin nocnych i zjeżdżający się z całej okolicy goście. Na szczęście apartament ma potrójne okna, więc można to wyciszyć.
Drugi problem to bardzo wąskie miejsca parkingowe. Przyjazd dużym SUV-em wiązać się będzie z obiciem drzwi od nieuważnych pasażerów. Teren posesji powinien być ogrodzony a miejsca parkingowe szersze.
