Ein tolles Hotel, alles ganz neu und modern. Tolles Frühstück, sehr vielfältig.
Da es keine Rezeption gibt (und die Angabe zur Schlüsselübergabe nicht eindeutig) war es etwas schwierig am Anfang.

Das Frühstück war lecker mit großer Auswahl. Das Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet und die Lage zur Elbe war prima. Ich komme wieder.

The shower was good, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The bicycle (bike) was good and should be secure if everyone shuts the door (it was open in the morning); however there is no way to keep the outer door open which has a strong closure mechanism whilst you get your bike through.
Good selection at breakfast although the coffee was very poor.
The directions from booking.com take you to the accommodation and not reception which is 260 metres away. Surely it should direct you to reception.
The contact phone number on booking.com which is reception is not answered. I tried several times.
The buzzer on the brick building entrance does not give through to anyone.
The buzzer on the white building entrance goes to reception. However the first time I rang it the person hung up almost immediately. The second time I rang it I was told to go to reception before they hung up. The third time I rang it I got some very brief directions to reception before they hung up.
I cycled up and down the road to look for reception which is in a complex with a different name to the hotel. I only went in on the off chance they could help. A picture on booking.com of reception would be helpful.
When I had got my codes the lighting in the hallway of the hotel does not work properly. One light flashes and the other light or the sensor does not work. I had to use the torch on my phone to see the keypad.
It took exactly one hour from arriving at the location on booking.com to getting in my room (there was no queue at reception when I finally found it). First impressions matter a lot and my first impression was very poor.
The insecure Wi-Fi is very weak and unstable in the room.
There was a window in the room that I couldn't reach that was open and does not have curtains or a blind. In the morning you the hear all the traffic and the sunlight comes in the room so you cannot get back to sleep of you wake up.
The room as obviously been rearranged as the bedside light, light switches and bedside socket are at the other end of the bed near the radiator.
Coffee at breakfast was very poor.
The sounds of doors closing in the morning (possibly breakfast room) reverberates through the building.
Overpriced for the location and the room.
