Breakfast was great each day though a bit repetitive and not too many kid friendly choices. Aside from cereal, fruit or bread, most hot items were all spicy every day with the exception of scrambled eggs. I loved that the entrance was locked unless you had a room key. It felt more secure. Every single employee was truly kind and caring.
We ordered room service one time and had gotten burgers. They were all black and very overcooked that we ended up paying for another restaurant that night.

Que el check in es asta las 3 de la tarde y si llegas mas temprano no puedes hacer uso de tu habiatacion asta que sean las 3 , yo llegue a las 8 de la mañana y tuve que estar en recepción sentada y cansada por 6 horas !tardan mucho para traerte la comida (mas de dos horas )

Excellent location. Convenience store right outside the hotel, restaurants, shopping mall, barbershops, movie theater, U.S. Embassy and Consulate at walking distance around the corner. As well, as the biometrics office and medical clinics. Food is delicious. Both breakfast and dinner. Staff was outstandingly friendly. Of all luxury hotels I’ve ever stayed at, the staff are what makes this hotel wonderful. Makes you feel right at home. Extremely lovely people. I’m afraid I’ll never find that kind of customer service anywhere else ever again.
