В цілому гарне приміщення, знаходиться на цокольному поверху, на вулиці ви не зможете зручно посидіти, так як над головою проходить дорога
Будьте обережні при користуванні пральною машиною, вона залишає зачіпки на одягу(((

The location is very convenient, stores with everything you need in 5 minutes walk time, 15 min from the metro station.
The flat is almost like it seems in photos.
The only thing it may be considered is that It's located in the underground of the building, and that some dampness is building. Also the Kitchen should be more equipped to be on par with the rest of the facilities.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, well organized, and had everything we needed, everything was exactly as described. Theodoris is very friendly, responsive. The location was also convenient and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable.
