Tiene cosas por arreglar/reparar: picaportes de las puertas, manchas en algunas paredes, anclaje de la televisión del dormitorio principal a la pared, agua que se sale de la bañera, cojines de la estructura dell sofá desencajados del mismo, etc...

La ubicación y la terraza

La experiencia ha sido, sinceramente, decepcionante desde el primer momento. Al llegar, el suelo estaba tan sucio que daba asco caminar. Perdí un día entero fregando y, aun así, el agua seguía saliendo negra después de tres pasadas. No es normal tener que limpiar un alojamiento por completo nada más llegar. La terraza estaba igual de mal. La mesa parecía de madera por la cantidad de mugre acumulada y las sillas estaban igual. En el interior, muchas de las cosas que aparecen en las fotos ni siquiera estaban. El ambiente general del apartamento estaba tan cargado que costaba respirar con normalidad. Claramente no se ha limpiado en mucho tiempo. En la cocina, el frigorífico no enfriaba, lo que hizo que la carne se estropeara. El lavavajillas fue lo primero que tuve que poner al llegar porque los platos estaban grasientos. El fregadero manual tenía agua sucia acumulada y una esponja asquerosa. El suelo parecía haber sido fregado con agua sucia, simplemente extendiendo la porquería. También había una gotera en la cocina, y en el portal del edificio vi un cartel advirtiendo que se había duplicado el uso de agua en la comunidad y se pedía a los vecinos revisar si tenían fugas. Por lo que se ve, el problema no es nuevo y claramente no lo han solucionado. El estado del baño fue otro horror. Llegué a matar cinco cucarachas en un solo día. Salían del grifo y de la bañera. La alcachofa de la ducha está suelta, y si abres el grifo con presión, empapas todo el baño. Totalmente inaceptable. El sofá tenía manchas que daban bastante reparo. Lo tuve que cubrir con mantas que encontré en el armario. Además, es modular y las piezas se separan todo el tiempo, así que acabas cayéndote entre los huecos. Muy incómodo y poco práctico. El aire acondicionado tampoco se salva. El de la habitación gotea dentro de la estancia cada vez que se deja encendido un rato.
