The apartment is as described in the ad in terms of spacious and loads of outdoor room.
The Host was excellent and always contactable and was v fast to respond. Could not fault those aspects of stay.
However, the advert should clearly state that the air con is only in the living area of the apt. Fans were provided in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and it was unfortunate that when we were in Bordeaux the temps were in excess of 34deg.
The temps at night in the 2 bedrooms with fans was constantly 30deg so it was difficult to sleep.
I had specifically filtered my search results to air con and parking. And so I think the advert should specify that air con is only in living area and fans are provided in 2/3 bedrooms.
The apt has everything you could want and towels etc are provided and every cooking facility is available so it was disappointing that the air con was not as described.
The security of the building should be commended also.
We were just terribly disappointed by the air con especially in the weather we had.
Perhaps this would not be such an issue if not staying during summer season when temps are high.
Air con not in bedrooms , noting fans provided for 2/3 bedrooms but in the extreme heat the fans were not adequate to cool down the room temps.

Sicuramente i CD presenti in casa, un revival di musica bellissima.
Il terrazzo con la vista sui palazzi moderni di fronte è interessante. La casa in generale è carina ma dal lato moderno della città, oltre al fiume.
La gestione è affidata a hostnfly, che oltre ad aver richiesto anticipatamente un blocco sulla carta di 250 euro (pagato fuori piattaforma e quindi senza garanzie booking) dopo 2 settimane dal soggiorno mi ha sottratto 130 euro per supposti danni ad un porta ascigamano. Danni mai fatti, soldi prelevati senza prima aver mandato neanche una foto. Abbastanza scandaloso francamente
