Laura was wonderful. She spoke English well. The apartment was very big and had everything I needed. The location near the Canto Marina was very helpful. There is a good little grocery store nearby. It is a quiet neighborhood across from a school. You could hear the train, but it was not bad.
The key location was little far from the apartment when walking with luggage. The office location was not entirely clear. I went into the building where the address showed. It was in an office next door.
It was MY FAULT I did not read the listing well and found that there was no air conditioning. It was hot in Cannes in September. The breeze at night was sufficient for me to sleep well, but very hot during the day.

Przestronny apartament blisko plaży. Apartament jest duży wygodny, dobrze wyposażony, wszystko jak na zdjęciach, na piątym piętrze. Plusem prywatne miejsce parkingowe usytuowane na wewnętrznym dziedzińcu za zamykaną bramą. Klucze odbiera się z biura lub ze skrytki na kod przy wejściu do biura (kilkaset metrów od apartamentu). Apartament kilka minut na piechotę od publicznej bezpłatnej plaży i Bulwaru de la Croisette. Security deposit został zwrócony.
Minusem są tory kolejowe blisko okien (przez Cannes przebiega linii kolejowa) - od rana słychać hałas - trzeba zasuwać rolety antywłamaniowe.
