I really liked the room. It's spacious and also has a kitchenette with a microwave, a kettle, some plates, and cutlery. The bathroom is fine too. It's quite close to some points of interest like Elmina Castle and Cape Coast Castle. It's about a thirty-minute walk from the bus station.

It's difficult to find the hotel if you try to get there on your own. It doesn't appear on Google Maps, and there's no sign with the hotel's name anywhere. I lost almost an hour going around in circles and asking the hotel via Booking if they could be more specific about the location, since even the locals who live in the same area don't know the place. They could provide a reference point that's easy to find on Google Maps so that people can orient themselves. The girl who was supposed to assist me upon my arrival didn't answer the phone, and I wasted a lot of time trying to locate the hotel, even though some locals tried to help me without success. I think they should provide a phone number with WhatsApp to make it easier for people coming from abroad, because not everyone has a Ghanaian number upon arrival in Ghana, which makes communication even more complicated for some people. And even if I had a number, the girl did not pick up. The door to my room didn't lock, so it stayed open throughout my entire stay, and there wasn't a second key available at the hotel. I paid on the first day, but they didn't give me my change that same day. The next day, I left very early and returned very late, so I had to be in contact with the hotel's contact person all day long just for a simple issue of change – very inefficient. If payment is required upon arrival at the hotel, they should have change available, or the girl should be more efficient and get change somewhere so as not to waste the client's time. The place itself is fine, but they really need to pay more attention to the service.

The lady over the phone was very nice and has good patience. We were coming in by bus and it was a long ride. So our check in time changed a few times. She was very understanding and I appreciated that.
