The central location was excellent. No breakfast was provided, but there is no difficulty getting some locally. Though a bit ramshackle, the place was very genuinely "antico". The landlord was responsive to phone text messages, and helpful.
The hot water in the shower did eventually come through, but it took a very very long time. Not all rooms have en-suite facilities.

Un tuffo nella storia, a due passi da tutto
Posizione imbattibile: siamo stati a 2 minuti dal centro storico e a 5 minuti dall’imbarco dei traghetti. Comodità assoluta, zero stress.
Il B&B è pulitissimo, curato in ogni dettaglio e si respira storia da ogni angolo. Le stanze hanno un’anima.
Ma il vero valore aggiunto è il proprietario: disponibilissimo e un vero "grande storico". Ci ha raccontato la Sicilia con un fascino e una passione che non trovi sulle guide. Ogni consiglio è stato un regalo.
Torneremo di sicuro. Se cercate un posto che unisce comfort, posizione e cultura, questo è il posto giusto.

The property is in a very central location and the owner very kind and helpful.
We had a room with no window, other than a small one versus an internal shaft. Also The room furniture was a bit basic. At that price range, I would expect something more. I think it was just our room, the other ones were better.

Good location and a nice interior.
Customer service left much to be desired. The Wi-Fi didn't work.
