We have stayed there for 3 nights and we are satisfied. The villa owners is a family, they all were ready to help with any and every question and were kind and polite. Room was quiet, we rested well. No cockroaches, no ants - what we were afraid the most. Everything was good. Good value for the price!
They need to improve room cleaning. The room wasn’t super clean, it was ok, but for us as europeans it wasn’t clean enough unfortunately. But it is not that bad. The same thing we could say about bedding. The bedding could have been cleaner and fresher.

Quiet location about 10 minute walk from Old Town in Hoi An. The owners are so lovely as is their little dog. I would definitely stay here again and think that the price is very affordable. There is also a kitchen area outside the room with a hob and you have your own mini fridge! Free bikes to use too!

The room was very comfortable with a small private balcony, medium-sized fridge, large flatscreenTV (my 1st room had HBO Go but my newer room has nothing?), great a/c, private bathroom with a good supply of hot water. The queen sized bed was also very comfortable (5/10 on a hardness scale). However, I did upgrade to this room after a few nights in an internal room (as one window only opens to the common area).
The floor also offers a communal kitchen area (hot plates, microwave and some basic utensils/pots, etc.
The family operating the villas live on-site and are very friendly and helpful (but translation app is needed) and are a joy to stay with.
The residence has a great location and is very close to several local restaurants, a few WinMarts, and a Bach Hoa Xanh shop, plus a host of bars & coffee shops too (and more).
Oscar Villa is pet friendly (a big plus for me) and can rent bikes or motorbikes, and they also have a laundry service too (30k per kg), which is done onsite.
The nearby bars (x2) can be a bit noisy (until midnight), but the noise impact isn't too bad (windows are ok soundproofed).
Only stairs to access the floor levels.

The owner is very friendly and helpful with any questions. For me, a big plus was that there was a kitchen in the hallway.
The WiFi connection is poor, even though I asked for it to be fixed from the start. The bikes are also a problem. They're very old, and many of them need their inner tubes replaced. But they made one for me, and I've been riding without any problems.
